DDesigns Gift Voucher – Terms & Conditions

This document outlines the terms and conditions for the use of gift vouchers purchased through https://ddesigns.com.au. By purchasing or using a DDesigns Gift Voucher, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Use

DDesigns Gift Vouchers are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD) and can be redeemed exclusively at ddesigns.com.au.
Vouchers can be used towards the purchase of any product available on the site, including apparel, accessories, and limited edition items.
Multiple gift vouchers may be used in a single transaction.

2. Validity Period

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date of issue.
After the expiry date, the voucher will no longer be valid and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

3. Redemption & Limitations

Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash, store credit, or refund.
They cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers.
No change will be given on purchases made with a gift voucher.
Vouchers must be redeemed online via the DDesigns website during the checkout process by entering the unique code provided.

4. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

DDesigns is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift vouchers.
Keep your voucher code secure and treat it like cash.

5. Refunds & Returns

If a product purchased with a gift voucher is returned, the refund will be provided in the form of a store credit.
The store credit will carry the same expiry date as the original voucher if applicable.
Refunds or returns for Printify-fulfilled products are subject to Printify’s return policy, particularly in the case of sizing, print issues, or damaged goods.

6. Printify Fulfilment

DDesigns products are fulfilled using Printify, a third-party print-on-demand provider.
Orders are processed and shipped directly from Printify’s global partner network. Fulfilment and delivery times may vary depending on product availability and shipping destination.
Any product issues (e.g. print defects, incorrect sizing, manufacturing faults) should be reported within 7 days of delivery by contacting support@ddesigns.com.au with images and order details.
While DDesigns will facilitate resolution with Printify, some outcomes may be subject to Printify’s terms and discretion.

7. Cancellation

Gift voucher purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded once the code has been issued.

8. Fraud & Misuse

DDesigns reserves the right to cancel any gift voucher or order where fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity is suspected.
Use of the voucher must comply with our general Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
